Insurance & Incident Report Information
The Jayhawk Area Council is proud to be able to provide insurance coverage to it's registered members and leaders. The documents below provide an overview of these programs.

Liability Insurance
Liability insurance protection is afforded to those who donate the use of their facilities for Scouting activities. Certificates of insurance can be provided to the property owner in most cases upon request. All requests must be in writing and submitted at least 2 weeks in advance by contacting the council office.
Incident Reporting
Timely, clear, concise, and complete incident reports allow for an appropriate response and an opportunity for analysis while promoting continuous improvement of our programs. You can report incidents, near misses, and youth protection / membership infraction incidents to our local council office or enter them yourself.
